Shipping/Local Pickup Policy

Standard Domestic Shipping: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. All items will be shipped within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) from the receipt of payment excluding the holidays. We currently use USPS as our carrier for all domestic orders. You’ll receive your tracking information when your order is out for delivery. All orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (ET). Please note we are not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the carrier. And we are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail.

International Shipping: Currently not available at this time.

Local Pickup: Local Pickup is available for all Philadelphia and surrounding areas. We will coordinate with you to schedule a Date Time and the Location for pickups.

For local orders in Philadelphia and surrounding counties using Afterpay as payment: You must select Philadelphia Pickup Only as your shipping option. There is a $0 shipping fee no need to worry. This is the only way you can checkout using afterpay with us at this time. Once you’ve completed this step all regular pickup instructions should be followed

Late/Failure to Pickup Policy

Once your pickup date time and location has been confirmed you the customers have a 3 day grace period to retrieve your items. After 3 days you will be charged a $5 dollar a day storage fee. All fees must be paid before you can retrieve your items. If you the customer fail to come retrieve your items after 30 days, you have forfeit your items and they will go up for sale. For any accessories and ready made clothing/garments not picked up in the required time you will be refunded 100% of your payment. For any made to order or custom clothing/garments that has been paid in full you will be refunded 35% of your payment. If your custom clothing/garment order is complete and you only paid a deposit you will have 0% of your payment refunded if you fail to Pickup your items .

Returns/Refund/Repair Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! all accessories, ready made clothing/garments and custom clothing/garments, we do offer repairs and alterations on made to order or custom clothing purchases.

Custom Order Clothing/Garment Policy

All clients who wish to place a custom order must first purchase a consultation slot for $25 before we can move forward with anything in regards to us designing for you. Once this step is complete the designer will contact you to schedule your consultation to go over the details of what’s needed to construct the perfect garment for you such at design details, fabrics, sizing, and pricing. Please understand that the $25 consultation fee is non-refundable if you wish not to move forward with us designing for you. However if you do processed with us it with serve as a credit to your total order amount.

All custom clothing/garments order clients must complete service agreement contract at the time of the consultation refusal or failure to complete the contract you will be denied services.

A deposit of 50% is required before anything is started on your garment, which means no fabric will be purchased or cut without payment of the deposit. Please understand that the $25 consultation fee is not a part of the deposit. but goes toward your final payment.
